Claims eFiling
Member Claims eFiling Tool is a web based product that Members and Dependents can use
to enter claims information and transmit to BCBSMS electronically. If you are already
registered, log in to your myBlue account to submit a claim. If you are not already
registered for your myBlue account, please register through the ‘I’m a Member’ tab
and click ‘Register Now’. Once registration is complete, you may then submit your claim.

For everything related to your benefit plan, log in to your myBlue account.
With myBlue, you can access claims history, prescription drug information,
update your personal information, view your EOBs and more! Use the myBlue login above.
Please allow 15-20 business days for processing. Once your claim has been processed,
you will be able to log in to your myBlue account using the link above to view the details.
An email will be sent to you once your claim has been received.
If a cell phone number is provided, you will receive an email and text message.

processing. If a cell phone number is provided, you will receive an email and
text message. Please allow 15-20 business days to process your claim.
Once your claim has been processed, you will be able to log in to your myBlue
account using the link above to view the details.
Your share of the cost of services will appear on your EOB. It is listed under
"Your Responsibility". This includes any deductible, coinsurance or copay amounts.
You should use this information to coordinate your payment(s) with your Providers.
You may have already received a bill from your Provider, or you will receive a bill.
To review your EOB in your myBlue mobile app:
Log in to your myBlue mobile app, select the “More” tab.
Select “Claims”.
Select the claim you would like to review.
